Responsibilities

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales, enhance customer service, and foster growth
Act as a product expert and ensure your team delivers an exceptional customer experience through high-quality product presentation and store layout
Manage the recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of Skechers store employees
Oversee store systems, including inventory management, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and day-to-day operations
Drive revenue growth through sales management strategies and set performance expectations
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise in-store
Maintain store organization, manage product displays, restock shelves, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
