Responsibilities

Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure each customer leaves with the perfect choice, prioritizing exceptional customer service
Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals while developing retail sales skills and product knowledge
Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and standing throughout most of the shift
Handle cashier duties, accurately process payments, and ensure a positive final impression for customers
Stay informed on Skechers' latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to share product details, improve customer experience, and boost sales
Collaborate with team members to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards
