Responsibilities

Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure exceptional customer service
Actively contribute to achieving store and individual retail sales goals
Maintain store operations by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise (including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and staying on feet throughout most of shift)
Handle cashier duties, including accurately processing payments
Stay informed on Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to share product details and improve customer experience
Collaborate with team to create an inviting store environment that reflects Skechers brand standards
