Responsibilities

Drive sales through excellent customer service
Act as a product expert and serve as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers, using this knowledge to guide customers to the right product selection
Continuously ensure floor inventory is well maintained, merchandising, stocking and cleaning – whatever it takes to create a premier shopping experience for the customer
Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, etc. at the point of sale. Accept returns professionally and encourage exchanges or alternatives where possible, striving to always maintain the customer relationship
Stay up to date on the latest Skechers’ product knowledge
