  • Sales Skills: Proven sales/business development success, ideally in fashion or e-commerce.
  • Fashion Live Selling Knowledge: Familiar with live shopping and fashion trends.
  • Passion for Fashion and Livestreaming: An eye for trends and enthusiasm for live-selling.
  • Communication Skills: Persuasive ability to convey Tilt’s unique value to sellers.
  • Organizational Skills: Track targets and pipeline efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Focus on outbound prospecting and speaking with prospects.
  • Prospect Management: Manage a high volume of outreach with a strategy for prioritization of targets and time.
  • Personalized Messaging: Create personalized and impactful messaging to successfully convert prospects.
  • Data Tracking: Use Hubspot and other internal tools to properly track all activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Seller Onboarding: Identify and onboard key sellers – from influencers to independent retailers – to ensure a successful platform launch.

What You'll Do

  • Focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Speak with prospects to build a business pipeline.
  • Develop personalized messaging to convert prospects.
  • Utilize tools like Hubspot to track activities and data.
  • Onboard sellers (influencers and retailers) to the Tilt platform.
