A strong knowledge of fashion live selling and current trends is necessary, along with a passion for fashion and live-streaming. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey Tilt's unique value to sellers are required, as well as strong organizational skills to efficiently track targets and pipeline.
The Business Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting and spend significant time engaging with prospects. Key responsibilities include generating a new business pipeline through outbound prospecting, managing a high volume of outreach with a strategic approach to target prioritization, creating personalized messaging to convert prospects successfully, and using Hubspot and other internal tools to track activities and ensure data accuracy.
