Requirements

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional leaders and facilitating executive-level decision-making is essential.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include applying SAFe/Agile standards across multiple teams, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and fostering continuous improvement. The role also entails defining and implementing governance and operating models, managing risks and dependencies, ensuring delivery quality, and promoting best practices and documentation standards. Additionally, the Director will create dashboards, analyze trends, generate actionable insights, and leverage tools and AI to enhance reporting, planning, and workflow optimization. Collaboration with product leaders to convert vision into roadmaps powered by ServiceNow and guiding teams on best practices are also key responsibilities.
