The ideal candidate will have experience driving complex, mission-critical programs from concept through implementation, aligning with business objectives, OKRs, and value realization. A strong understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks, including SAFe, is required, along with experience in defining and implementing governance and operating models. The role also requires proficiency in creating dashboards, analyzing trends, and generating actionable insights, leveraging tools and AI for enhanced reporting, planning, and workflow optimization. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional leaders and facilitating executive-level decision-making is essential.
This role involves driving strategic programs and ensuring their successful execution from concept to implementation. The Director will partner with cross-functional leaders across business, product, and technology, providing crisp, actionable updates and facilitating executive decision-making. Responsibilities include applying SAFe/Agile standards across multiple teams, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and fostering continuous improvement. The role also entails defining and implementing governance and operating models, managing risks and dependencies, ensuring delivery quality, and promoting best practices and documentation standards. Additionally, the Director will create dashboards, analyze trends, generate actionable insights, and leverage tools and AI to enhance reporting, planning, and workflow optimization. Collaboration with product leaders to convert vision into roadmaps powered by ServiceNow and guiding teams on best practices are also key responsibilities.
