Sales experience, particularly in B2B solution-oriented sectors, is required, along with an interest in data, technologies, and trends such as compliance and sustainability. Strong negotiation skills, communication strength, and a dynamic, implementation-oriented personality are necessary. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for the professional management and development of their own customer portfolio in the B2B sector across Austria. They will integrate and further develop solutions in sales, marketing, finance, risk, and compliance into the clients' processes. The role includes conducting needs analysis, providing advice, negotiating contracts, and closing deals at the C-level. Close collaboration with the sales team and internal stakeholders is expected, along with networking at fairs and relevant events. Professional customer management will be conducted using Salesforce.
