Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in consulting or growth at a consumer startup, thrive in zero-to-one environments, be scrappy and resourceful, possess strong local knowledge of their city, and be comfortable with ambiguity. They should also be data-oriented, able to use metrics to inform tactics, and passionate about bringing people together through events.
The GTM Manager will be responsible for growth in the Austin market, owning city-level goals and KPIs, identifying and onboarding Organizations and Power Hosts, planning and executing launch activations and local marketing campaigns, sourcing and developing strategic partnerships, leveraging data to monitor performance and optimize strategies, and acting as the face of Partiful in the city, providing product feedback and shaping the go-to-market playbook. They will also work cross-functionally with community and marketing teams, host and attend parties, and build community through events.
