Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 6 years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, specifically targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas such as CISOs and CIOs. They must have a proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually and demonstrated ability to execute complex sales processes. Experience selling through a channel-led motion is also required, alongside familiarity with MEDDIC methodology. Prior experience with a startup organization (under 1000 employees) or entrepreneurial skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, the candidate will develop and execute a business plan to exceed sales goals, manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing, assist customers in understanding the value of Cribl, articulate the company’s value proposition across various organizational levels, accurately forecast sales, and consistently meet sales targets. They will also be responsible for creating demand within the territory and selling un-budgeted solutions, while working across multiple time zones as a remote-first company.
