Enterprise Sales Representative

Position Overview

Cribl is seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Enterprise Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a remote-first company, we empower our employees to do their best work wherever they are. This role is crucial for helping organizations solve their most pressing data needs by articulating Cribl's value proposition and executing proven sales processes. We are looking for a candidate who prioritizes customers, demonstrates accountability and ownership, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Note: This is a remote position based out of the Philadelphia Metro area. Candidates are expected to live local to the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate Cribl's value proposition to stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Provide predictable forecasting and consistently hit sales targets.
  • This position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience, targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs).
  • Experience working with at least one early-stage startup organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos annually.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales process.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand within a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC methodology.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 USD (dependent on geographic location and candidate's qualifications)

The total compensation offered for this position will include a commission/incentive plan. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl offers a generous benefits package, including:
