Responsibilities

The Director, Observability Architecture will build, lead, and coach a team of managers and Observability Architects, focusing on attracting top talent and ensuring their long-term success. This role involves guiding the team to become trusted technical partners for customers, driving operational excellence to increase consumption and retention, and developing strategic programs for customer success. The Director will also collaborate with Engagement Managers to enhance customer lifecycle frameworks, partner with Sales leadership on adoption initiatives, and provide executive sponsorship for key accounts, acting as a thought leader both internally and externally.
