Responsibilities

The Sr. Security Advisor will assess customer Falcon environments to ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards and provide recommendations for improved security posture. They will create and recommend remediation for CrowdStrike product components, contact customers directly upon identification of misalignment, and document, update, and resolve customer-related issues according to procedures and SLAs. The role also involves developing and providing service reports, partnering with internal teams, and liaising with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
