Requirements

Candidates should have 3-10 years of experience in Enterprise Account management and sales and a proven track record of closing deals of $150k or more with consistent attainment of quarterly and yearly goals. Experience selling CRM SaaS is a plus, with the ability to generate pipeline through cold calling and prospecting. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can build positive relationships, influence at the C-suite level in mid-market to enterprise organizations, and work independently with strong problem-solving and service-oriented skills. They should be highly coachable, tech-literate, competitive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while navigating a structured sales process and moving accounts through stages to close high-value deals.

Responsibilities

Qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprises with 5,000-10,000 seats. Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way. Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the buying cycle. Prospect cold leads to generate interest and fill the funnel. Research accounts, identify key players, and build relationships. Demonstrate the AI Service Management solution and align its value to customers’ pain points. Close sales with a $1M quota. Maintain and expand the list of assigned prospects.
