The Regional Director will lead the institution activation process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active usage of ModernFi's platform. They will act as a strategic partner to clients, overseeing joint marketing activations and providing ongoing support. The role involves regularly checking in on client usage, identifying patterns, and suggesting ways to increase platform utilization. The Regional Director will develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and gather client feedback to drive platform improvements.
