Requirements

  • Native level in French (working on the French market)
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or in a Sales function
  • Experience working in a BtoB environment with large accounts
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in commerce or human resources
  • Organized and rigorous
  • Motivated by objectives and achieving results
  • Curious and want to learn and develop new skills
  • Great capacity for adaptation, like challenges, and want to work in a hypergrowth environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and a commercial spirit
  • Good level of English to interact with international teams

Responsibilities

  • Qualify/refine the needs expressed by key account customers
  • Ensure the search for profiles on the platform via Malt Plus and other internal matching solutions (hunting outside our platform is rare)
  • Ensure the qualification of profiles and deliver the best to the client with an argument
  • Advise and support the freelancer as well as the client in the recruitment phase
  • Intervene on the signing of the contract in collaboration with the Key Account Manager
  • Be proactive in improving processes and methods
