Responsibilities

- Organize and maintain candidate records and documentation
- Support onboarding efforts and ensure compliance with company policies
- Perform administrative tasks to streamline the recruiting process
- Support full-cycle interview process (posting job ads, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, data entry and tracking, leading orientation)
- Assist the Scheduler with matchmaking clients with the perfect caregiver
