Position Overview

Ada is seeking a talented Recruiter with a background in sales hiring to join our People Operations Team. In this crucial role, you will build strong partnerships with hiring managers and attract top sales and customer experience talent to support our revenue growth. This is initially a 1-year contract position with the potential for conversion to a full-time role.

As a Recruiter at Ada, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to closing, ensuring we hire the best people for the right roles at the right time. Your primary focus will be on GTM (Go-To-Market) roles, including Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Professional Services Consultants, with the flexibility to support other functions like G&A as needed. You will leverage your creative sourcing skills, strong communication, and relationship-building expertise to cultivate a robust candidate pipeline and engage with diverse talent from various channels.

About You

  • Experience: 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a specific focus on sales or GTM roles within a tech company.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management abilities.
    • Self-starter with a reliable and resilient approach to delivering in a fast-paced environment.
    • Data-driven mindset, understanding the importance of data analysis for strategy refinement and educating hiring partners.
    • Curious and committed to continuous learning and improving existing processes.
    • Strong sourcing skills utilizing a variety of tools and platforms, with a proven ability to build and leverage a talent network.
    • Deep understanding of sales profiles and a demonstrated ability to effectively assess sales talent.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently hire high-performing GTM professionals (AEs, SDRs, Customer Experience roles) through strategic sourcing and effective funnel management.
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to identify key candidate criteria and develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement through to offer closing.
