Ada is seeking a talented Recruiter with a background in sales hiring to join our People Operations Team. In this crucial role, you will build strong partnerships with hiring managers and attract top sales and customer experience talent to support our revenue growth. This is initially a 1-year contract position with the potential for conversion to a full-time role.
As a Recruiter at Ada, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to closing, ensuring we hire the best people for the right roles at the right time. Your primary focus will be on GTM (Go-To-Market) roles, including Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Professional Services Consultants, with the flexibility to support other functions like G&A as needed. You will leverage your creative sourcing skills, strong communication, and relationship-building expertise to cultivate a robust candidate pipeline and engage with diverse talent from various channels.
