Candidates should possess at least 4 years of recruiting experience, leading full-cycle recruitment within clinical, behavioral health, or broader healthcare settings, and a proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive candidates, particularly within diverse and inclusive pipelines. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Lever, is required, along with potential certifications and licensure.
The Clinical Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for Clinical and Behavioral Health teams, focusing on roles like Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, and Master Level Therapists, while also developing a robust pipeline of clinical talent. They will identify and engage top talent using creative sourcing strategies, champion a seamless candidate experience, partner with the Talent Acquisition team to improve efficiencies, advise Hiring Managers on compensation, and analyze recruitment metrics to share insights.
