Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a contract or temporary capacity, with a focus on technical and/or sales roles. Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates in a competitive market is required, along with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, and prior recruitment experience at manufacturing, aerospace, or deep tech companies is desired.

Responsibilities

The Contract Recruiter will manage and support various stages of the recruitment lifecycle for technical and sales roles. This includes proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates through diverse channels, building and maintaining talent pipelines, conducting initial resume reviews and phone screenings, and efficiently scheduling interviews. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies, maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, stay informed on industry trends, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
