Requirements

Candidates must possess 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including experience with Greenhouse for managing the full talent lifecycle and hiring for high-growth or technology companies. The role requires the ability to manage multiple open requisitions, partner effectively with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners, maintain composure under pressure, authentically connect with diverse individuals, handle confidential information, and possess excellent communication skills, including asynchronous, interpersonal, and written communication. Experience with outbound sourcing and educating hiring managers on the talent acquisition process are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Talent Partner will manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle from job specification to offer, presenting qualified and diverse candidate pools and guiding them through the hiring process. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, cultivating, and closing candidates while building genuine relationships, focusing on speed, quality, and candidate experience. The role also involves facilitating pre-interview briefings and post-interview feedback debriefs to ensure alignment and mitigate bias, and utilizing the talent acquisition tech stack to maintain data integrity.
