Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to take full ownership of our hiring process, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent for our remote design agency, ensuring a smooth and human-centered candidate experience. You will typically manage 2–5 active roles concurrently, primarily in design, sales, and marketing. This role involves close collaboration with our Talent Acquisition Specialist and key hiring managers, including the Head of Sales, Head of Design, Head of Lead Generation, and Head of Marketing.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from job kickoff to signed offer.
  • Source top talent using tools such as LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Write compelling job descriptions and launch effective outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct screening interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection.
  • Track candidates and maintain a quality pipeline within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Recruitee.
  • Ensure a consistently smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Proactively optimize recruiting speed and quality.

  • Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience in high-growth companies or startups.
  • English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate+ level, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sourcing Skills: Solid hands-on experience with sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn.
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working autonomously in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: A proactive mindset towards using tools that enhance work efficiency.
