Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience. A talent sourcing and/or recruiting certification such as CIR, AIRS, or Social Talent is required. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing social media, conducting internet research, and sourcing, along with experience using tools and generating sourcing ideas outside of traditional recruiting methods, is necessary. The ability to develop strong relationships, work with minimal supervision, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment are also essential qualifications.
The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent by understanding the organization's strategic talent needs and partnering closely with the recruitment team. This role involves sourcing passive and active candidates for difficult searches and high requisition volumes, creating sourcing strategies, and monitoring market developments to identify potential candidate pools. The Talent Sourcer will perform online research, attend industry events to network, evaluate candidate profiles, conduct preliminary phone screens, and influence candidate decision-making to attract them to Republic Services.
