Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of two years of high-volume recruiting experience, with Sales Recruiting being a plus. They should have experience using an ATS, such as Lever, for sourcing and managing candidates, along with hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and Boolean search strings. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required, alongside proven organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruiting responsibility in partnership with hiring managers, proactively identifying and engaging talent. They will source, engage, and recruit passive candidates using creative strategies, manage an inbound candidate pipeline, build relationships with hiring manager teams, handle candidate offers and closes, represent Houzz as a brand ambassador, collaborate with recruiting teammates, brainstorm innovative sourcing strategies, and drive improvements to the recruiting process. They will also handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
