Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Recruitment Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for external candidates, ensuring a first-class experience and meeting KPIs. They will build relationships with hiring managers and teams, maintain accurate ATS data in Greenhouse for process reporting, and enforce recruitment process SLAs with internal teams. Responsibilities include scheduling global interviews across multiple time zones, contributing to People Ops recruitment projects such as training and policy reviews, and providing general administrative support to the People Ops team. This role involves defining processes, finding creative solutions to problems, and handling sensitive company information with confidentiality.
