Candidates should have at least 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the SaaS space, and experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and a sourcing platform like LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience coordinating or facilitating the full-cycle recruiting process, general knowledge of employment law as it relates to recruitment, experience handling sensitive information, strong computer skills (Google Suite preferred), excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly establish relationships, flexibility, adaptability to shifting priorities, and the ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team are also required. Experience in tech or cybersecurity is preferred.
The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will support the full cycle recruitment process by reviewing applications, corresponding with candidates and hiring managers, facilitating interview scheduling, sourcing candidates, and initiating new hire onboarding activities. They will conduct an initial review of applications, advance candidates who meet minimum qualifications, facilitate candidate and hiring manager communications, and assist with candidate sourcing. The role involves launching assessments, monitoring progress, managing communications, coordinating pre-employment screening and new hire onboarding, facilitating new hire check-ins, monitoring and sharing onboarding feedback, creating and updating process documentation and communication templates, creating and updating recruitment reporting, managing the full-cycle recruitment process for junior or support roles, and coordinating special projects for the talent acquisition and human resources teams.
