Candidates should have 12+ years in product management, preferably in embedded systems, cloud platforms, SaaS, or IoT services, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong technical foundations in wireless, edge computing, or sensing technologies are required, along with experience building and scaling software offerings from firmware to cloud APIs to data pipelines, familiarity with RAIN RFID, real-time event processing, or sensor data platforms, and experience with AI/ML-driven features, cloud deployment, and enterprise integrations. Excellent communication skills for aligning engineering and business teams are also necessary.
The Product Manager will define and manage the roadmap for embedded software, RFID services, cloud APIs, and intelligent data models. They will lead the delivery of embedded firmware and edge intelligence on readers, reader ICs, gateways, and mobile devices, and design cloud-native and hybrid-cloud services for tag resolution, analytics, and device management. Responsibilities also include partnering with engineering and data science to productize AI/ML models, engaging with customers and partners to define requirements and validate product-market fit, and working cross-functionally to launch services, drive adoption, and communicate value.
