Requirements

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of organizational structures, processes, and procurement dynamics within the Bundeswehr or related institutions. Proven sales experience in the software industry, preferably in defense-related environments, is required, along with an established and reliable network within the Bundeswehr ecosystem. Strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, the ability to work independently, and fluency in German and proficiency in English are essential. Military experience or active reserve duty with a technology or leadership background is highly welcome.

Responsibilities

The Public Sector Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities within the Bundeswehr and external security organizations, designing and executing go-to-market strategies to position UiPath as a trusted automation and digitalization partner. They will build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, present and promote UiPath’s value proposition through tailored use cases, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful deployments. The role also involves analyzing industry and competitor developments, aligning UiPath’s approach with market-specific requirements, and delivering account plans, business cases, and regular reports.
