Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and promotion planning
  • Experience in scheme planning, execution, and evaluation
  • Knowledge of basic logic and effect assessment methods for creative design, influencer marketing, player events, public relations, media placement, and offline events
  • Strong business growth orientation
  • Good data and user research awareness, able to link various communication effects to product data growth, and focus on using marketing to improve product data performance
  • Familiarity with content and trending logic on key overseas social media platforms, with a keen sense of overseas trends and hot topics, and able to convert hot content into creative ideas
  • A love for games, being a gamer, able to break down product fun points from a player's perspective, and experience in BR/FPS or other game categories is preferred
  • Strong learning and execution abilities, able to adapt to cross-cultural communication with an open and inclusive attitude
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to handle pressure
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Assist the module owner in the marketing and promotion of PUBG MOBILE (including gameplay and commercialization)
  • Develop marketing strategies, plan key promotion campaigns, and execute them based on game version content and milestones
  • Analyze current game content, identify user communication points based on trends and market insights, and integrate various marketing methods to output marketing solutions
  • Collaborate with operations, esports, UA, and regional teams to implement promotion plans, integrating in-game and overseas resources to achieve final promotion and continuously explore new marketing capabilities
  • Review the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and optimize subsequent work based on marketing, product conversion, and user research data
