Requirements

Candidates should possess 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment, with experience in microservices and API product development within a cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP). A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience of 6-8 years in systems, technology, standards, and process improvement. Familiarity with Agile practices and tools like Jira or Confluence, and the ability to translate business needs into user stories and process documentation are essential. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of FHIR, X12 EDI transactions, interoperability standards, healthcare industry experience (especially Utilization Management), familiarity with clinical workflows, and experience in a SAFe or Scaled Agile environment.

Responsibilities

The Project Program Manager will support the delivery of multiple automation features from concept through implementation, translating business goals into user stories and acceptance criteria. They will participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization, while collaborating with cross-functional teams including clinical, business, and IT partners. Responsibilities include tracking and communicating progress, risks, and issue resolution, identifying opportunities for feature and workflow improvements, and assisting in defining success metrics and reporting on value delivered.
