Requirements

Candidates must have over 4 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in a high-growth or startup setting. A strong background in managing the full IT project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, is essential. Experience with risk/issue management, procurement processes, and vendor RFP/contract reviews is required. Familiarity with IT security, SOX-driven projects, SaaS and cloud-based systems, and IT infrastructure initiatives is preferred. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager will lead projects to optimize people, process, and technology, managing cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that enable company growth and innovation. This includes planning and scoping cross-departmental requirements, prioritizing work streams, and managing projects through their entire lifecycle. Responsibilities also involve documenting business requirements, functional design specifications, and training materials, as well as facilitating process mapping and gap analysis. The role requires keeping stakeholders accountable and aligned on project progress, value, and outcomes, and conducting post-project reviews to measure ROI.
