Requirements

Candidates must possess a 4-year degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or healthcare technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with prior experience in healthcare technology, specifically with data standards like C-CDA and FHIR. The role requires the ability to facilitate complex discussions with equal stakeholders, experience working with Scrum teams to build and maintain backlogs and deliverables, and proficiency with efficiency tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Jira, and Confluence. Strong organizational and operational skills are also necessary, with limited travel required. A background in healthcare policy or nursing, active participation in a relevant healthcare technology industry group, and prior experience with Electronic Health Record software are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Associate Product Manager will define key functional requirements for R&D teams and maintain the product backlog. They will manage day-to-day development operations and support with the R&D leader, ensuring engineering team success through well-defined use cases. Responsibilities include supporting the Interop lead and business product teams in launch and business operations, executing strategy for assigned workstreams informed by customer focus and team collaboration, and helping to build and maintain a roadmap in collaboration with Product and R&D team leads. The role also involves informing prioritization discussions across ResMed and advocating for the assigned workstream.
