Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS environments
  • Strong command of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional project management methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across global and local teams
  • Manage the program portfolio, ensuring alignment with ODS strategic priorities and optimal use of resources
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across ODS, Openbank, Zinia, and Santander Group to drive program success and adoption
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams and geographies
  • Deliver clear, outcome-focused reporting to senior leadership, including KPIs, milestones, and strategic insights
  • Champion agile, scalable, and data-driven delivery practices across teams and Santander domains
