Requirements

  • 10+ years in transformation, strategy, product ops, or product leadership roles
  • Expertise in OKR frameworks and implementation
  • Familiarity with SVPG's Product Operating Model, Agile, Lean, or other modern product methodologies
  • Experience with portfolio-level operational skills
  • Experience supporting OKR strategy and practice in complex organizations
  • Experience engaging leaders and teams in modern product operating models
  • Ability to connect complex processes while meeting teams where they are
  • Experienced facilitator, storyteller, and relator

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve portfolio-level operations and communications
  • Develop and maintain communication frameworks
  • Serve as the connective tissue across teams
  • Launch and scale change management frameworks
  • Drive the evolution of how we manage and communicate progress across complex initiatives
  • Support the evolution of the OKR process
  • Coach leaders and teams on effective goal-setting practices
  • Create guidance, feedback loops, and learning materials to improve clarity and consistency in OKRs
  • Partner with leaders and teams to align the Product Operating Model (PMO)
  • Design tools, experiences, and artifacts that strengthen product thinking and learning
  • Champion cultural shifts that support a modern, product-led mindset
  • Help architect and evolve the ecosystem that enables the POM
