Experience with employer benefits or HR technology is a plus. Bonus skills include experience marketing to HR decision-makers, familiarity with employee benefits or fintech infrastructure, prior startup experience, and people management.
The Lead Product Marketing Manager will define and elevate Benepass's story, owning positioning, go-to-market strategy, and enablement to establish the company as a category leader. This includes defining and evolving core positioning, translating complex product capabilities into compelling narratives, and ensuring messaging consistency. Responsibilities also involve building pitch decks, battlecards, and case studies, partnering with GTM teams to drive adoption of messaging, and influencing deal cycles. Additionally, the role requires supporting new product launches with GTM plans, conducting buyer research and persona development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and campaigns.
