Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in integration-focused product management within a SaaS environment and have a strong understanding of integration business and technology fundamentals. Demonstrated experience with Agile Methodology in a product owner/manager capacity and solid communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in the restaurant industry and with Back-of-House Restaurant Software.
The Product Manager, Integrations will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of R365 integrations, from ideation to go-to-market. This includes owning specific integration areas, driving and maintaining the integration roadmap and vision, and selecting, designing, and writing user stories for the Integration Scrum Team. The role involves evaluating and prioritizing features, bugs, and program debt, collaborating with other teams to deliver impactful enhancements, and creating comprehensive documentation for integrations. Responsibilities also include communicating product information, conducting customer interviews, partnering with teams to ensure correct integration adoption, working with the Go to Market team for product launches, understanding market data points for restaurant businesses, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and product usage through integrations.
