Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of project management experience, preferably within the IT or software industry. A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive team dynamics, are required. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are also necessary, with project management certifications like PMP or CAPM being a plus.
The Project Manager will assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with strategic objectives. They will coordinate project activities and resources, track progress against deadlines, and support team members by providing guidance and resolving issues. Responsibilities include facilitating team meetings, ensuring effective stakeholder communication, identifying and managing project risks with proactive solutions, and documenting project requirements, changes, and updates. The role also involves contributing to project retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
