  • Proven experience producing and maintaining technical documentation (SRS, SDS, or equivalent)
  • Expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile frameworks, and documentation protocols
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint)
  • Experience working in regulated or quality-driven environments (e.g., medical device, biotech, or manufacturing) is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
  • Lead cross-functional core teams, conduct regular project meetings, lead phase gate exits, and build presentations for leadership at critical phase gates
  • Guide the development, verification, validation, and release of software applications, aligning them with user needs, regulatory, and quality guidelines
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Continuously define and optimize software project management and development processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between business, technical, and operational teams
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documents such as scripting test protocols, Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), and Software Design Specifications (SDS)
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to gather technical inputs
