Requirements
- BA or BS degree in a relevant field (energy, technology, policy, etc.) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Positive, action-oriented attitude with initiative and creativity
- Client service focus
- Ability to collaborate well within an organization
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS office suite
- Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful impact
- Understanding of building energy systems preferred
- Salesforce or other CRM platform experience preferred
- Experience working with HVAC contractors, engineers, or other technical personnel
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and program contractors to support participation in residential energy efficiency programs
- Support internal project processing and timely submission of program data to implementation partners
- Maintain program project calendar and coordinate milestone deadlines
- Establish and maintain customer and contractor rapport
- Understand the organization and decision-making process to determine project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, provide timely updates, and ensure information is communicated to stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet program requirements by being familiar with program guidelines
- Coordinate the submission and review of relevant program documentation
- Maintain quality control of all deliverable products
- Perform other duties as assigned
