  • 2–3 years of experience as a technical project manager or in a project role supporting engineering, infrastructure, or software development teams
  • 1-2 years experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Experience putting together technical project status reports
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Responsibilities

  • Manage project statuses and ensure technical work, dependencies, and risks are accurately captured and reported
  • Assist with departmental reporting by translating engineering progress into clear, concise updates for leadership
  • Work with engineering teams to capture current and future work prioritization, including technical requirements, constraints, and tradeoffs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Maintain project timelines, task lists, and statuses
  • Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
  • Assist with engineering team planning and roadmapping, ensuring technical capacity, dependencies, and platform considerations are accounted for
