The candidate must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to drive decisions and consensus to resolve issues. They should have experience overseeing multiple projects, deliverables, and resources independently, executing projects under strict deadlines, and handling numerous projects simultaneously with flexibility for last-minute requests. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong business relationships with partners. Project management experience and familiarity with project management systems like Aprimo, Workfront, or Monday.com are required.
The Project Manager II will oversee the day-to-day project management of assigned marketing projects, including webpages, social ads, social posts, emails, flyers, brochures, and blogs. They will develop project timelines, communicate status updates, and input projects into the project management system. The role involves participating in production schedule meetings, supporting content managers with routing and approvals, and suggesting workflow enhancements for efficiency. Additionally, the Project Manager II will provide end-user support, drive issue resolution, maintain an issues log, track resolution, and report status.
