Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
3–5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in large multinational organizations
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise systems rollouts (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) and utilizing the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with finance processes including AP, AR, GL, reporting, disputes, and intercompany transactions
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in project tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira
Advanced English (B2+ or above)
Costa Rican nationality or valid immigration

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for finance-related initiatives and enterprise system implementations
Organize and guide cross-functional teams, assigning responsibilities, defining timelines, and managing resource needs
Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables
Monitor and report on project status including scope, cost, staffing, and timing to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve obstacles, and drive accountability to meet project objectives
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery
Ensure alignment with internal policies, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and compliance requirements
Support portfolio management of multiple, interrelated transformation projects
