Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in large multinational organizations
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise systems rollouts (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) and utilizing the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Familiarity with finance processes including AP, AR, GL, reporting, disputes, and intercompany transactions
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in project tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira
  • Advanced English (B2+ or above)
  • Costa Rican nationality or valid immigration

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for finance-related initiatives and enterprise system implementations
  • Organize and guide cross-functional teams, assigning responsibilities, defining timelines, and managing resource needs
  • Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables
  • Monitor and report on project status including scope, cost, staffing, and timing to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve obstacles, and drive accountability to meet project objectives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery
  • Ensure alignment with internal policies, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and compliance requirements
  • Support portfolio management of multiple, interrelated transformation projects
