Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA or equivalent strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or controllership roles is required, including at least 3 years in finance systems leadership or ERP administration. Expertise in accounting processes such as month-end close, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, consolidation, and statutory reporting is essential. Strong experience with NetSuite (multi-subsidiary) or equivalent, along with one or more of PBCS, HFM, Blackline, Workiva, Coupa, Vertex, or Avalara, is necessary. A proven track record of leading cross-functional finance systems projects is also required.
The Manager, Finance Systems & Program Delivery will lead the finance systems roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and finance goals. This role involves leading system optimization, integration, and automation initiatives, and partnering with Finance leadership to ensure systems support compliance, accurate reporting, and efficient business processes. The manager will act as a liaison between Finance and IT, translating needs into system functionality and leveraging accounting knowledge to improve configurations and processes. Responsibilities include validating system output against financial requirements, ensuring accurate and secure data flow between financial systems, overseeing user access controls and security configurations, and directing the Finance Systems team. Additionally, the role entails overseeing the finance systems support process, managing vendor relationships, and partnering with audit and compliance teams to maintain SOX controls and reconciliation processes.
