Requirements

  • 12+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud O2C implementations
  • Deep hands-on experience designing, configuring, and optimizing O2C modules and related finance process flows
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering skills
  • Direct experience with Oracle SQL, OTBI, FBDI, OIC, and relevant enterprise reporting/integration tools
  • Demonstrated ability executing test plans, leading UAT, and managing deployment/support cycles
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-application teams
  • (Nice to have) Knowledge of REST APIs and SOAP Web Services for expanded integration scenarios

Responsibilities

  • Lead process design and configuration for Oracle Cloud Order to Cash (Order Management, Subscriptions, Shipping, Accounts Receivable, Revenue, etc.) in line with business objectives
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable functional and technical specs, collaborating with stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise strategy
  • Gather and analyze requirements, map current/future state processes, and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and adoption of best practices
  • Facilitate workshops with business leaders and technical teams to clarify goals and drive alignment across business and IT functions
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies covering unit, integration, and user acceptance phases
  • Lead UAT, manage defect resolution, and ensure seamless deployment of ERP changes to production
  • Work cross-functionally to implement process changes, and support integration efforts across diverse business areas and applications
  • Leverage Oracle tools including SQL, OTBI, FBDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for solution delivery and reporting
  • (Nice to have) Apply knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and related integration technologies
  • (Nice to have) Apply additional process knowledge in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), General Ledger, and Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) for full-cycle process coverage
