Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Agile Scrum Master Certification highly desired. A Master’s degree is preferred, along with experience delivering large-scale projects, ideally in the Capital Markets space, and strong knowledge of various tools and processes for program management.
The Project Manager will lead and manage the delivery of major and high-profile implementation projects, ensuring they are completed to a consistently high standard, within budget, and on time. They will plan, lead, and coordinate project tasks using Microsoft Project Plan, manage resources and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure project plan obligations are met regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes. The role also involves building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, utilizing and managing resources, identifying and overcoming project risks, producing program reports for management, and monitoring programs to ensure adherence to project management standards and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the Project Manager will manage multi-faceted IT projects, analyze and evaluate risks, negotiate contracts, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills within a global, remote team environment.
