The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive digital transformation and operational excellence across Danaher’s global enterprise. You will assume full project life cycle ownership for one or more strategic IT programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

This position reports to the Sr. Director Collaboration and Identity Services and is part of the Danaher Corporate IT team, and will be fully remote.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-scale IT initiatives, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Define and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, steering committees, and cross-functional teams.
  • Apply DBS tools (e.g., Visual Project Management, Daily Management, Problem Solving Process) to drive continuous improvement and project success.
  • Ensure compliance with Danaher’s IT governance, security, and SOX requirements.

Requirements

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, including delivery of enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects in a matrixed organization with global and virtual teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Active certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a .

Preferred Qualifications

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Leading projects focused on Collaboration and Identity services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Entra, Teams, Exchange, Sailpoint, CyberArk).
  • Managing Microsoft 365 platform transitions, including tenant migrations, license consolidation, or service optimization.
  • Supporting M&A-related IT activities, such as technology integration, carve-outs, or infrastructure rationalization involving collaboration and identity platforms.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000 annually.
