Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, including the delivery of enterprise-scale technology initiatives, is required. Demonstrated experience managing projects in a matrixed organization with global and virtual teams and proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira are essential. An active certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus. Previous experience leading projects focused on Collaboration and Identity services, managing Microsoft 365 platform transitions, or supporting M&A-related IT activities is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-scale IT initiatives, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include defining and managing project scope, schedule, resources, and budget to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, steering committees, and cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will apply DBS tools to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Danaher's IT governance, security, and SOX requirements.
