About the Role

As an Engagement Manager in our Government practice, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through the entire deployment lifecycle. You will manage the customer experience during deployments, handle a portfolio of project engagements (both external customer-facing and internal Workday engagements), and ensure the successful implementation of Workday products for our government clients.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage one or more Workday product implementations concurrently.
  • Ensure successful project delivery within the budget and timeframe outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Participate in the sales cycle to gather requirements, formulate delivery approaches, and develop proposals/SOWs.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to Professional Services resources on your implementations.
  • Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed.
  • Collaborate with the client project manager to identify and resolve issues impacting project scope and timeframes.
  • Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with agreed-upon checkpoints.
  • Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings.
  • Ensure the client leverages Workday best practices.
  • Act as a liaison for Professional Services when interacting with sales and/or development.
  • Identify opportunities to position additional services.
