Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and work experience, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The role requires the ability to manage projects within a single or across a few business segments and corporate shared services, often involving simple to moderately complex customizations to standard processes. Experience in collaborating, negotiating, and managing issues with internal and external stakeholders, including conflict management, is necessary. Familiarity with gathering project sizing information, monitoring budgets, and making decisions within established processes is also required.
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of large-scale, complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This includes designing, communicating, and implementing operational plans, monitoring progress, and identifying, resolving, or escalating issues to minimize delays. The role involves facilitating project requirements analysis, estimating costs, resources, and timelines, and acting as a liaison to secure specialized resources. Responsibilities also include conducting project meetings, preparing status reports, establishing priorities, allocating tasks, and coordinating project staff to meet targets and client satisfaction. Additionally, the Project Manager will manage project scope, time, and cost, gather sizing information for accurate estimations and billing, monitor budgets for revenue enhancement and cost reduction opportunities, and collaborate with departments like Legal, Procurement, and Finance for budgeting and contractual responsibilities.
