Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically within a construction department or organization. Prior experience working with development companies or construction companies is preferred. Strong experience managing multiple commercial-grade construction projects is also required.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Construction Projects will maintain accurate communication and knowledge of all project activities, communicate change plans to the field, review project schedules, conduct weekly job site visits for quality assurance and compliance, review contractor progress reports, develop project issue reviews, conduct meetings to resolve issues, provide weekly status reports, identify project critical elements and milestones, conduct walk-throughs to create punch lists, ensure project closeout and building responsibility transition, and strive to maintain project delivery date and budget compliance.
