Responsibilities

Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining project tracking in Jira, providing program visibility through reports and dashboards, overseeing QA and UAT, and managing program documentation. The role also requires anticipating rollout challenges and applying change management principles for smooth adoption.
