Requirements

Candidates must possess 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong organizational, detail-orientation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a passion for process improvement through structured project management. Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating across teams is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for creating clear documentation, process flows, and project plans. The ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and adapt to ambiguity is crucial.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will drive structured project execution by creating and maintaining key project documentation, including charters, scope definitions, timelines, and resource plans. Responsibilities include collaborating with business partners to define, document, and optimize business solutions, developing process models and business requirements, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. The role involves proactively assessing risks, tracking milestones, establishing contingency plans, and communicating priorities, risks, issues, and schedules to leadership. This includes developing presentation materials for decision-making and adjusting project timelines as needed to ensure successful and timely delivery of key initiatives. The Project Manager will also manage dependencies, resolve escalations, take corrective actions, and maintain project documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
